much in there but because the nutrition factor is so high. Everything thats in there has
enormous high nutrition, and if your body gets enough nutrition from a meal your body
gives you a signal. Hey, Im done; I dont need anymore.

Compared to cook food where
you always miss out on some nutrition and you miss out on enzymes, of course your body
gives you a signal. Hey, Im not done yet; I need something more. With this one you will
be happily satisfied. So this was the green submarine sandwich..
