Healthy Meal of the Week 17 With Healthy Leftover Idea

Healthy meal of the week with some great tasting shrimp vegetable pasta along with a leftover meal idea of shrimp ceviche lettuce wrapped tacos to enjoy at work the following day. What's best is that both of these meals can be made together in about 30 minutes so not a lot of time spent preparing and cooking. Just simple, delicious, healthy meals especially when you serve appropriate portion sizes with low or zero calorie beverages.
