How to Cook Healthy Food! 10 Breakfast Ideas,Lunch Ideas & Snacks for School, Work!
In this video, I'll show you ten quick and healthy breakfast and lunch ideas for school or work These recipes are perfect for days when you're running
late and you want to have something nutritious to eat and tasty on the go. Hey Mom! I'm good! I just got back from school and now I'm eating some lunch. Oh... You know just some potatoes and bread and then some tomatoes and some cheese.

Yeah, pretty balanced! Oh mom, can you take me to the dance class I have it at 5. Ok great! See you then. Bye Mom? You know, never mind... I'm not going to the dance class today.

No, I feel really sick. I don't know, maybe the potatoes were rotten. I don't know... Yeah, I'm just gonna rest.

Ok. See you, bye! I should really start eating healthier... Let's do this! Hey loves! I'm super excited about today's
video because it was requested a lot and I've never filmed something like that before. I'm
going to show you 10 healthy breakfast and lunch ideas for back to school.

These are
all very easy and quick to make - you can make them the night before and then in the
morning you just grab breakfast and lunch and you're good to go. I hope you guys are
excited and let's get started. Let's start with 5 delicious and healthy breakfast
ideas! First we are making these delicious oatmeal cookies. You need just two ingredients
to make them: One cup of oats and 2 ripe bananas.

Peel and then mush the bananas with a fork
until you get that runny consistency. Put it into a bowl and add your oats. Mix it well
with a spoon and you can totally finish here or you can add some more ingredients for a
fuller taste. I like to pop in some cinnamon.

You can mix in chocolate chips, nuts, raisins
whatever you prefer. Take a parchment lined baking tray and place on the mixture in little
piles like this. I am going to flatten the top with a spoon, to make them look more like
cookies. I like to decorate mine with some dried blueberries and cranberries.

You could
have just mixed this into the cookie mixture, but I like how the cookies look with the dried
fruit on top. Put your cookies in the oven at 350 Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Here they
are all done, smelling delicious! Put them in an air tight container and you have a great
breakfast on the go ready. You can make these on the weekend and they will last you for
the entire week.

When you are running late for school you can just grab a couple of cookies
and you're out the door. A perfect way to get a nutritious and super tasty breakfast
on the go. I also love how you can tailor this recipe by mixing in the ingredients you
like. Another great breakfast to go idea is a yogurt
and fruit in a cone! Take an ice cream cone and ignore me pretending to be a unicorn.
Put some fruit in the cone like that, I have some blueberries, which you guys know I am
obsessed with.

Take a big spoon of yogurt. I like using Greek version because it's thicker
and also richer in protein than the usual one. Put it on the cone just like ice cream
and then top it off with some more fruit. I have blueberries and strawberries.

Voila,
a minute breakfast that you can eat on your way to school. This breakfast is so yummy
and it also looks adorable, right? I know that the cone contains sugar but you get your
protein from yogurt and benefits from fruit so from time to time I think this is a great
breakfast or a snack to have. Cheers! Cheers with a blueberry shot... If you like fruit as much as I do then you
will love the next idea which is a fruit salad in a jar.

Basically you just want to cut small
pieces of different fruits of your choice and put those in the jar.
Today I found in the fridge some pineapple, which is one of my favorite fruits and is
also a great source of vitamins C and B. Then I also have some strawberries, because who
doesn't love strawberries right. Here I have some clementines too. And no I don't know
how to juggle.

To me clementines are such a christmassy food. The markets are full of
this yummy fruit in November and December. In the jar I first popped some red currants,
pineapple, then blueberries, strawberries and clementines. There you go - an easy and
nutritious breakfast for school or work! You can make this fruit salad the evening before
and in the morning you have a delicious breakfast waiting for you.

This next one is probably my favorite breakfast
in the bunch  delicious granola bars with nuts, fruit and chocolate chips! You need
chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, cranberries, puffed rice, dark chocolate chunks,
flax seeds and a pinch of salt. Give it a little mix and then in a separate bowl combine
one table spoon of almond or peanut butter and a quarter of a cup of rice syrup. Stir
those two together until you have a nice even mixture and then pour it into the bowl with
nuts and seeds. Mix well until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated, like that.

Put the
mixture on a smaller parchment lined baking sheet. Flat it down really well to assure
there are no free spaces in the mix. Pop it in the oven and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit
for about 20 minutes. You can cut your bars when the mixture is still hot or you can wait
for them to cool down.

These granola bars are seriously delicious! You can store them
in an air tight container so they remain fresh and crispy. Or you can put your bar in a little
plastic bag and you can have it as a snack during the day. The granola bars that you
buy in a shop are usually packed with sugar and other unhealthy stuff. With this homemade
bars you know what you put in and you can always adjust the recipe to your liking! When you have more time before your classes
start you can make this breakfast, which is just as yummy as it is pretty to look at!
For the pepper eggs, first cut two slices of pepper, which should be about half an inch
thick.

Place them in a frying pan and beat one egg into each pepper ring. See how cool
this looks already!? Add a pinch of salt or any other seasoning of your choice. While
the eggs are cooking I am going to make some fruit kebabs, because I want this breakfast
to be extra picture worthy! Take the fruits of your choice and cut them into pieces. Here
I have some strawberries, a kiwi, a banana and blueberries.

If you love blueberries,
Norway is definitely the place to live. If you follow me on Instagram you know that.
I've been picking so much blueberries this year, they were literally everywhere! Here
you go, how adorable are these and of course tasty and healthy too! I love them. When the
eggs are done, carefully put them on a plate. And as a side we have our pretty fruit kebabs.
This breakfast is just delicious, nutritious and totally Instagram worthy.

I mean come
on, don't deny it, I know you do it to. We're all guilty here. No but seriously, I think
this is a great breakfast for when you have a bit more time and you want to eat something
healthy, but also have fun preparing it. Breakfast for champs for sure! Now let's move on to the lunch portion of
this video! First we are making some healthy egg muffins with veggies.

Beat three eggs
into a mixing bowl. Take your hand mixer and whisk the eggs. While doing that add about
a deciliter of milk and one or two table spoons of flour. I am using almond milk and buckwheat
flour, but any milk and flour will do.

Pour the mixture into the muffin form. Since I
have the silicone form I don't have to use the paper muffin cups. But go ahead and use
those if you have them. Leave the muffins aside for a minute and cut the veggies of
your choice into small pieces.

I have some pepper, tomato and a zucchini. You can also
put in mushrooms, carrots, spinach or any other vegetables of your choice. Throw the
veggie pieces into the muffin mixture  as much or as little as you like. I like to be
quite generous with vegetables so I am putting in loads of them.

Put the muffins in the oven
and bake at about 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. These muffins are so yummy and
healthy and you can have them hot or cold. Make them the day before and then take them
to school or work. I added some grapes, goji berries and almonds to my lunch box as well.
The egg muffins are also nice as a little snack at home.

In the fridge they will last
you up to 3 to 4 days. A tasty and nutritious lunch for school. A great lunch idea on the go is a salad in
a jar. The options here are endless so use whatever salad you like or happen to have
in the fridge.

I'm going to use some cherry tomatoes  these are so sweet and good.
I also like to add a lot of peppers, I have a yellow and an orange one. I will also add
some cucumber to my salad. Finally I am cutting some feta cheese cubes and now it's time to
throw all of that goodness into a jar! You can make this salad the day before school
and then just grab it in the morning. Especially if you are not using leafy greens in your
salad like me.

Drizzle with a bit of olive oil and a splash of lemon juice for the dressing.
You can throw this salad in your school bag and have it ready for when your tummy gets
hungry. I eat salad for lunch almost every day and I love how it fills you up but it
is also a light meal. Heavy lunches sometimes make me feel tired and without energy for
the rest of the day. A nice salad like this will instead make you feel refreshed and full
of energy.

Next we're making this delicious spelt bread
sandwich! I am going to show you how I make the most tasty and quick bread from scratch.
Put five hundred grams of spelt flour into a bowl. I am using a mix of finely and coarsely
ground flour. Add a tablespoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of sugar, I am using coconut sugar,
a pinch of salt, two table spoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon and 5,5 deciliters
of water. Mix this thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Pour the
mixture into a bread form. Sprinkle with some sunflower seeds and put it in the oven. Bake
for an hour at 320 degrees Fahrenheit. This bread only takes 10 minutes of your time and
is just so much healthier than the ones you buy in a supermarket, which normally have
too much salt added plus all the preservatives and other nasty stuff.

Since I learned this
recipe from my boyfriend's mom almost a year ago, I never bought bread again, trust me.
I always bake it myself. Cut two slices of bread and make yourself a nice tasty sandwich.
I like to spread some butter on one piece and then add some lettuce, turkey slices,
tomatoes and mozzarella cheese plus pickles which are like my favorite thing in the whole
world. And that's it, a delicious spelt bread sandwich. Into my lunch box I also added some
red currants and blueberries.

A super tasty lunch for school or work. Yum yum. And here
you have an example of an epic fail while filming. Anyway this was my healthier twist
on a sandwich that you really need to try! Now let's make a little lunchable or tapas
inspired lunch box.

First I am going to show you how to make these yummy ham rolls. Take
some ham or turkey slices and spread on some brie cheese. Put on a few rocket leaves. Roll
the ham like this and secure it with a toothpick.

These rolls are so tasty, and perfect for
a snack, lunch or even a party. You can make them in advance and store them in a fridge
in an air tight container. In my lunch box I am putting a cracker, three turkey rolls
and then I also decided to add some veggies. So here I am cutting carrots into thin sticks.
Do the same with cucumbers and put all of these vitamins into a lunch box.

We're not
finished yet  here are some dried apricots and cashew nuts. My mouth water while I am
just looking at all of this goodness. This lunch is great for on the go as it contains
so many little snacks that you can have during the day when you get a bit hungry. You can
also add some cherry tomatoes, cheese sticks or whatever you prefer.

If you make yourself
a nice lunch box filled with healthy stuff that you actually love, you definitely won't
be craving a pica or chocolate bars from the vending machine. Lastly we are making a super tasty tuna wrap,
which is just so good, trust me. What you need is some cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives
and pickles all cut into small pieces, plus some canned tuna, mayonnaise and a tortilla.
Put everything into a bowl.. Except the tortilla obviously and mix well.

If you want to make
this healthier you can use the whole wheat tortilla and you can skip the mayo, but I
think this combination is just so good so I am totally having it. No regrets. Put some
mixture in the center of tortilla and wrap it up. You can cut it in half if you want
and see how tasty this looks.

In the box I. Am also adding some strawberries and two pieces
of dark chocolate for the desert. Again, you can prepare this lunch in advance so in the
morning you just grab your lunch box and you are good to go. Another little idea - make
this tuna mixture and instead of putting it in the tortilla use it as a topping for pasta.
You get the most delicious pasta salad ever, and if you want a bit healthier version try
using spelt pasta instead of the usual wheat one.

So good, I promise! These were my ten healthy lunch and breakfast
recipes. I hope you will try them out and will like them as much as I do. Let me know
which recipe is your favorite and don't forget to give the video some love if you want more
tutorials like this. Thank you so much for stopping by, I love you guys and I'll talk
to you soon.

Bye! Eating healthy on the go is not easy. Usually
when in a hurry we end up snacking on chocolate bars, pizza slices and other fast food options.
Take some time today and make yourself a good nutritious breakfast or lunch for tomorrow.
You will feel so much better, fresh and energized... Ready to tackle the world!.

How To Be A Smarter Cook [ Patreon & PDF Recipes ]

How To Be
Hey, guys, salut, it's Alex. So today. I want to give you a few updates on what's happening right here. Big News! I finally decided to launch a Patreon page! Patreon.

For those of you who are not familiar with Patreon, It's a cool way for creatives, aka, me, to achieve a sustainable income by being supported financially, supported by their lovely community Aka you.  In exchange you get different types of reward like exclusive content or even something very special I've been working on, I'll tell you more about it right afterwards, but in my opinion you get so much more than material stuff. Let me elaborate. I believe the only way to do great work, work that matters, is through dedication and that's why a few years ago when I started my YouTube adventure, no? I went full time.

Only a full time job allows me to produce content up to my expectations. Like doing all the research, recipe tasting, recipes screwing, the series development, the meeting new people and that's, that's the good part, but full-time also comes with at least One big, big challenge, you got to make a living out of it And this is not for sleeping purposes, I got a kid now. I got a kid. Usually I.

Achieve that by working closely with brands on sponsored content, which I still do from time. Hey!. What's up it's Alex? What's up it's Alex? Hey, Hey it's Alex. No no no no he's so much....

But the problem is the brands do not like risk so much. Like for example spending days on trying to make THE perfect sourdough starter. Like I'm trying to do. It's a new series that is coming to my channel very soon or even spending, you know weeks to to to dry-aged the perfect ribb eye or even spending a month on a secret wine making series.

You see? Who would do that? Nobody would do that. I want to turn all those ideas, all those ideas even the one behind the screen right there? I want to turn them into real 'French Guy Cooking' episodes. This thorough and geeky content is the most precious for me, and I think it's the most precious for YouTube guys. I want to produce high value-added content in the most sustainable way, but I can't do this alone anymore.

It's not about me anymore. It's about us. Listen. I asked you to help me helping you becoming a smarter cook.

So on that Patreon page I made sure that everybody can help on different levels cause every little voice helps. Of course all those of you willing to go the extra mile I have this very special reward, I mentioned at the beginning, I basically wrote down and am still writing down, all my recipes like in a proper clear format. Full of detailed Step-By-Step instructions. Proper ingredient list.

Accurate measurement, believe it or not, and also a list of equipment. And those printer-friendly ready-to-download PDf documents are available as a reward on my Patreon page. So guys basically that's it. I'll be back next Wednesday with a brand new recipe.

Go check my Patreon page Read the whole story of my journey there. Support me if you can otherwise just leave me a comment. Leave me like. Leave me a thumbs up.

Give me some good energy. Which will allow me to continue. You know the deal guys. Spread it.

I can't do the hash tag sign with one hand, but #SpreadItLikeButter. Bye, bye. Salute!.

Homemade Churros How To Make Churros!Hilah Cooking

Homemade Churros How
Hey, dudes. I'm Hilah, and today on Hilah
Cooking we're making churros. So, a churro walks into a bar and the bar tender
is like, "Hey! We don't serve donuts here man,." And the churro is like,
"What? What are you talking about? I'm not a donut." And the bar tender
is like, "Are you sure?" And the churro's like, "Yeah. I'm churro!" To make the dough for the churros, we've got
some water and a pot.

What I'm about to show you is a Mexican version of
churros. So, churros are a fritter, originated in Spain. The original
dough only had oil, I mean, flour and water mixed up together and then
fried. I think, I'm talking to my friend about this, I think that when the
French occupied Mexico, they kind of changed the recipe a little bit and
they made it more like a French pastry.

So, that's what I'm going to show
you, because I think it's a little bit nice and richer. So, this is just water, butter, sugar, and
salt, then mix this up together until the butter melts and the water boils.
Now we're making what's called a choux pastry, C-H-O-U-X, and I made these
before when we did the gougeres, which is like a savory type thing
that's baked. So, it's the same basic dough that we're starting with, but
then we're going to cook it differently from that by deep-frying it. Okay, so once your liquid reaches a good rolling
boil, we can turn the heat off.

And I've got flour here, just regular
all-purpose flour. Just dump it in all at once and then start mixing it up.
And it's going to look lumpy and shitty at first, but it will all come
together in a few seconds. Okay, so there, there we go. There's .

. . Once
it's kind of sort of a play dough looking ball, I'm going to transfer it into
a separate bowl because this pot is still really hot and we want it to
cool off a little bit. Whew! If you wanted to do this with a mixing bowl,
that's totally, totally fine.

I'm going to show you how to do it by hand
just to show you that it can be done since I know a lot of people don't have
an electric mixer. So, I just want to let this cool for about five minutes.
You can spread it out a little bit, cool off. So we'll see you back
in about five. All right, once it's stopped steaming we can
add the eggs.

So, this is two eggs that I've beaten up with some vanilla
extract. I'm just going to add about half of this. Oops! Or a little more.
Start mixing it vigorously. And that's why we let it cool, so that the egg
would just immediately cook when it hit the hot flour.

And again, it's going
to look like a total disaster, but eventually it will all come together,
and it will come together really fast if you use an electric mixer and just
do it on medium speed. Yeah. So when it starts sounding a little
sloppy sexy like that, it will also start coming together into a ball. Sometimes
it's easier to kind of hold it like this and okay, good.

Put the
rest of egg, but once it's nice and smooth we're ready to go. I'm going to
fit it into a pastry bag. I'm going to show you how I put mine together
because I've had this for like over a decade and I just recently figured
out the right way to assemble it. I don't even know if they make this kind anymore.

But anyway, so I recommend using like a pretty
heavy bag because this is such a thick dough, and then you're going
to drop your little tip in. You want to use this pretty wide star piping tip.
You can also buy a little press called a churrera that is especially
made for piping churros, but anyway I'll use this. Put that in first, wait,
yeah this is right. Then this part goes in.

I always have to think
about it. Yeah, that's right. And then screw this on the outside. Okay, so that's
assembled and then we can fill it with our dough.

Pack it in there, twist off the top, and get
it started. Okay, good. So now, over here I've got my oil heating. It's
about three inches of corn oil.

I'm using corn oil or you could use peanut
oil or canola oil, or whatever you like to fry in, but those are
all good choices. I'm letting it heat up 'til it's 350, and then we'll start
frying, so just a couple more minutes. Okay. Once your oil's hot, you're going to
hold the bag in your non- dominant hand and squeeze off lengths right
into the oil, and then cut them off about three to four inches.

You can use
a knife, but scissors work pretty well if you have some kitchen shears.
And just fry like maybe three or four at a time, so you don't overcrowd
the pot and cool the oil off too much. And they don't take very long. You'll
see they kind of fizz around a lot and then they'll begin to float, and you
can kind of turn them if you need to. It should just take three to four
minutes total.

Okay. And when they're nice and brown and
most of the bubbles have subsided, we can scoop them out, and drain
them on a little paper towel or paper bag or something. And don't be too upset
if some of them kind of burst open a little bit. That happens usually
if your oil's a little bit too hot.

Mine was a little bit hotter than
350 when I put these in. So, then let those cool just a couple of minutes,
fry a few more. Okay. So you want to just let them drain for
a moment, but then while they're still kind of warm, I've got some
cinnamon sugar mix here that I'm just going to roll them around in that, and
that's why the batter itself is not terribly sweet because you roll them in
this sugar mixture.

In Mexico, these are often served with a hot chocolate
type of dipping chocolate, and then in a lot of places in South America they
actually fill them with caramel, or chocolate, or vanilla, or even
fruit pastes. So, they become kind of like a jelly doughnut that way, but
this is more like what you get at fairs and stuff here, although those are
usually like, you know, a foot long. This is a little bit more reasonable
size. These are best served pretty quickly, but
if you need to hold them, you can do the sugar and then put them on a rack in
the oven at 200 or 200 degrees, and they'll keep nice, and warm, and crispy
there for about an hour.

Awesome. Yeah! These are so fun and this batch
makes a whole lot. So you have all of the fried, delicious snacks that
you can eat. So, for more fun stuff that you could make
and a fry daddy, check out my corn dogs video from a long, long, long, long
time ago.

And then also, I. Did a cake doughnut for Halloween a few years
ago, that's pumpkin spice cake doughnut holes. They're so, so, so good
and I'm going to try one of these. I'll eat the ugly one.

Oh, wait, it's
like a smiley face or a frowny face. Mm! You hear that crunch? And the inside's
nice and tender. Oh, man! These are so good. I could eat so many of
them, and I would feel bad afterwards, but not so bad that I wouldn't
do it again.

Thank you so much for watching. Please check
out HilahCooking.Com for this printable recipe and all printable recipes.
And I'll see you guys next time. Don't forget to subscribe, and leave
me a comment or a question, and I'll see you later. All right.

Thanks for
watching. Bye!.

Healthy Dinner Recipes in HindiIndian Vegetarian Low Fat Weight Loss Recipes for Dinner

Healthy Dinner Recipes
Many times it happens that we are so tired after work that we don't feel like cooking. It usually happens with students that the moment they come home, they'll open their laptops and alongside cook maggi or order some junk food like burger, pizza etc. Now these junk foods do fill your stomach but what about nutrition? So today, we bring you this recipe which is delicious, nutrition packed, low on calories and the best part is that  it's super easy and quick to prepare. Be it college students or bachelors, anyone can make it easily.

We are preparing this meal for two. You may adjust the quantity as per your requirement. Firstly, we will take half a bowl of Rice of any quality. Next we will take half a bowl of Arhar Dal, also called Toor Dal.

You may take any lentil of your choice. Now we will add vegetables.   In a way, we'll be taking this entire bowl of vegetabes which is otherwise difficult to eat if you have it with chapati etc. Vegetables blend in so well with this dish that you'll relish every bite of it.

We  have finely chopped all these vegetables. All these vegetables are packed with nutrition and have very few calories. Do not worry if you don't have all these vegetables, just add whatever you have readily available. Even if you add just the spinach leaves or
Bottle Gourd, it'll become a very tasty dish.

But more the vegetables, more is the nutrition your body gets. Those you don't take onion, garlic, ginger can always prepare this dish with tomatoes only. As you know that we prepare and recommend only healthy recipes, so we will add very less oil and basic spices. We will make this dish in a Pressure Cooker to quicken the cooking process.

Add 1 tsp Olive Oil. Many people also make it in Desi Ghee but because this is a healthy recipe, we will cook it in olive oil. Add 1 spoon cumin seeds. Add a pinch of asafoetida.

Add 1 spoon Mustard Seeds. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies. Now add 1 finely chopped onion. Add 1 finely chopped tomato.

Saute for 2 minutes and then add all the vegetables. Saute it for 2 minutes and add washed rice and dal. Add approx 4 bowls of water. For taste, add 1 spoon of salt Half a spoon red chilly powder Half a spoon turmeric powder and 1 spoon Coriander Powder.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker. After 4 whistles, simmer the gas and after 2 minues, switch off the gas and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then open the pressure cooker. You can also cook this dish with these 10 basic ingredients ONLY.

Our dish is ready. You can have it at this consistency or else add 1 to 2 bowls of water and accordingly, add salt. Enjoy this dish with fresh homemade Dahi/Yogurt, Chutney and Papad. Since this is Sambhar Dal, you may add all those spices that you add in Sambhar like Curry Leaves and Dry Red Chillies.

Top it with Sambhar Masala. It tastes awesome. Similarly, you may also add spices like cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf or black pepper. You can have this dish any at any time of the day - be it lunch or dinner.

Try a different lentil everyday or mix 2-3 of them so that you get health benefits of all lentils. Dals, like chana dal, that take a little longer to cook, soak them in advance. Similarly try new vegetables everyday so that you get nutrients from all the vegetables. You may add green peas, carrots, cauliflower, brinjal, bottle gourd, french beans, capsicums, spinach, fenugreek leaves etc to this dish.

If you are cooking this for your children then reduce the quantity of rice and increase the quantity of pulses and vegetables for maximum health benefit. If you have infants, you may even blend this dish for them. Do try this recipe and share your feedback with us. Healthy Cooking Recipes for the Whole FamilyLow Fat Dirty Rice Recipe for the Whole Family

Healthy Cooking Recipes
Hi I'm Linda Leon with expertvillage.Com.
On previous segments, I talked about the basics that you will need to have in your kitchen
in order to do power cooking, and the concept of what power cooking is. Now I'm going to
show you what to do when you start to use the principle of power cooking. You would
need celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, or a garlic that has been choppedfresh garlic
would also doyou will need an onion, and some type of salt, and I like to use sea salt
or some kind of oil, cause you are going to use that for your sauteing. But if you look
at this as a basic recipe, then if you want to cook a lot of meals at one time and power
cook, say for example you want to make a dirty rice which we would be doing shortly.

All
you would need to do is add two ingredients to that. Now once you got your dirty rice
ingredient, which would be a addition of ground sage, an Italian seasoning. And what we are
going to do once the pan gets a little hot, we are going to go head and saute our vegetables.
Now today what we are going to be using, because of time and because for health proposes too,
we are going to use a vegetarian ground product, and this is called a meal starter. But you
can use ground turkey or ground beef or ground chicken in any of these recipes and it would
work just as well.

This is going to be about a pound and half worth of the ground meat
product. Now the reason that we are making this in a large volume is because when you
power cook, what you do is your run all of these ingredients together in the basic, and
put that aside in the freezer bag. The freezer bag is going to give you some good options,
because you would be able to take this basic mix that you already put together and then
vary it up. Now when you are power cooking, this is as far as you would take the first
step, because this is your basic ground meat recipe; and to this you are going to make
up whatever else you like to make.

So I'm going to take out a little bit of this and
put it into a plastic bag, and you can date, you can write your contents on here and put
your date. I'm going to put this into a plastic bag because we are going to set this aside
to make other recipes. So what happens on Monday night or Tuesday night, or Wednesday
night, and you want to make a ground recipe you already go everything pre-seasoned. Now
we are taking this basic recipe, and we are going to turn this into now a dirty rice,
and some people call it seasoned rice, but the more south you get, the more it is called
dirty rice.

So you are going to put about a teaspoon, and that is just a little hands
work that is just about a teaspoon. Put about a teaspoon of your Italian seasoning and about
a teaspoon of your sage, and that is the only two additional ingredients that you added,
and you've gone from a basic ground meat type recipe to a dirty rice. Now to that you want
to add about 3 cups of rice, which I already precooked. That is a simple, quick, low fat
recipe, lots of flavor because you got a lot of seasonings in here, and you created one
meal from just a basic recipe.

There you have it dirty rice. I'm Linda Leon with expertvillage.Com..

I'm going to add in the onions are we going to cook these onions till they are nice and soft? And With what we're going to do is cook this on medium heat until the waters all gone I'm are the chicken is happening. We're going to make a place out of the garlic and the chilies the [waters] gone, and the Chicken is done.

So now [we] are going to add in the cumin powder sweet corn the Garlic and chili paste But also we [talk] to you how much shitty chilies you want to add? These were not so chilly so are you are blending about the thing was about five six? But it's entirely up to you and also salt as well. That's to your taste So make sure you taste the filling as well if you need to add more than this to do so I've also the red pepper Because that's all the ingredients. I'm in and I'm [just] going to give [that] stuff So just make sure we cook the garlic and the chilies as well So let that cook for about a minute or two And now to finish off the feeling we are going to add in the light source that we've made and it's completely up to you How much you want to add? We're going to move on to the next step and that is to make our [doll] What we're going to do is we are smooth little well in the middle. I am going to add in the butter Okay, and then get a hot wall [title] to collab with be up [sometime] Now hands to make that into a [knife] dough nice soft dough Like this and if you find that [it] got a bit too soft you can add a little bit flour Don't you think it's off to sleep? Yeah, that seems okay to me as long as you're able to roll it because we will be rolling this now I'm going to make this one quantity at a time because obviously we've got fair bit of Fillings and so I'm just going to do this make this each time I need it So I'm just going to show you this quantity, and then I will division some more [ok] so now I'm going to show you how to roll this and Spin it Okay, so we've got a flour our surface, and I'm going to roll this out And what [you'll] also need is some flour and water paste as well to seal the edges And the link for that will be somewhere from your screen and also in the description below and it got flour paste made of flour and water and Also, you need a cutter as well.

I am at support because my thing either is a bit of a sauce here I'm going to make them a bit bigger, so [after] a big cut up okay, so we rolled it out, and now we're going to cut them out so [it's] up to you. What size you like to cut them are you recommend I would advise on a bigger shape So let's set it up Pick one up and pick some of our filling we want to overfill it otherwise you stop eating from this side and then take [some] of this flour paste [this] and then [we] [just] going to see That there you go, we're going to do that the rest of them Okay, so now the final step is to dip them in egg and bread from them and then we're going to frighten Try it out let me know what you think in the comments below or you can even tag me in a picture [if] [you've] made this before I. Easy Vegetarian Cooking
Then we add a little bit of avocados. Then what we will do is we will add again
some caramelized onions, and then a little bit of almond cream. Then we roll the whole
thing together like that. I actually can turn it around.

Then we just roll it up in paper.
If you have these hard ends you can just fold them over, no problem. It depends if you want
to eat it here or if you want to eat it go. This is a whole meal; this is a package. We
cut it in half and thats what it looks like, ready to go.

Most people eat about half
and the rest they take with because its so filling. Its not because theres so
much in there but because the nutrition factor is so high. Everything thats in there has
enormous high nutrition, and if your body gets enough nutrition from a meal your body
gives you a signal. Hey, Im done; I dont need anymore.

Compared to cook food where
you always miss out on some nutrition and you miss out on enzymes, of course your body
gives you a signal. Hey, Im not done yet; I need something more. With this one you will
be happily satisfied. So this was the green submarine sandwich..
